Copy and paste your existing customer data into it, then download it as a .csv (comma seperated values).
The order of the columns in the template has to match exactly or the sync will not work.
Upload your .csv file into dent shop manager in account settings -> Import.

Syncing up your employee assignments, payments, and customers insurance claim status requires additional steps
Once you mark a job approved by insurance, that customer's vehicle will show up under payroll, along with whatever employee you assigned to that vehicle.
The Payroll page shows all your cars with breakdowns for every car, and how much your employees are owed based on the % you set for them. It will show you the cars that have been waiting to be paid longest at the top of the page.
When you are ready to pay your employee on a car, navigate to Payroll and just click "pay tech" or "pay sales" on the car you want to pay out on.
