Troubleshooting

I can't view/download the essential documents

Sometimes it can take around 30 seconds for it to load sometimes because its a big PDF. It might not look like anything is happening. Leave the window open and don't close or exit.

Make sure you upload a main profile image in your dashboard. Without an image there, the PDF generator won't have data to pull in and you will get an error.

Make sure all of the fields are filled out in your account settings. If you leave a field blank you will get an error.

If you don't have data to put into the field yet, you can just put a period or even a letter in there like "a".
