Does it really replace Hail Recon?

For hail maps and canvassing, yes. The Annual plan ($199 a year) includes radar hail swaths, spotter reports, live hail cells, warnings, the outlook, satellite view and shared door-knock pins for your whole team. Coverage is the lower 48 states.

Is it really unlimited users?

Yes. Monthly and Annual are priced per shop, not per seat. Add every salesperson, tech and admin you have.

How do I get started?

How does payroll work?

Each rep gets a drop, a backend commission, or both. A car becomes payable when it is delivered and every payment is in, then you clear it for payroll. Paid lines freeze so nothing is paid twice.

What is DSM Negotiator?

It is our total loss software, $1,999 a year with the Annual plan included. Paste the adjuster’s email and it drafts your reply and your total-loss invoice. You review and send every letter yourself; it is not a law firm.
