- Reads the tactic: stall, lowball, redundant request, denial

- A monthly fair-use AI allowance, with nothing billed on top
- Monthly and Annual start with a 7-day free trial. You add a card at checkout, and Stripe charges it automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Prices are per shop, not per seat. Checkout and billing are handled by Stripe.
- Upgrade any time from Billing in the app. Upgrades from a paid plan are prorated, so you pay only the difference. Upgrading to DSM Negotiator during a free trial ends the trial and charges $1,999 that day.
- DSM Negotiator drafts letters; it is not a law firm. You review and send every letter yourself.
- If a shop reaches its monthly AI allowance, AI features pause until the reset. Nothing is billed on top of the plan.
